Pricing Policy – What are the rates?

Our standard hourly rate is £35 per hour, With a 1 hour minimum charge.



Free Diagnostics

Get our free diagnostics of any desktop or laptop computer, before you commit to any service or repair work? It won’t cost you anything to find out what’s wrong with your computer. Then we will confirm the job and prices with you before we go any further.

No Fix – No Fee

We offer a No Fix – No Fee policy. In the unlikely event we cannot repair your desktop PC or laptop computer, you will not be charged anything! We aim to have your machine back in good working order in no time.

Payment Terms – How do I pay?

Full payment is due upon invoice on completion of the agreed work. We accept payment via Cash, BACS transfer, PayPal, stripe or gocardless. A full receipt will be given in return for payment.

We are keen to provide total customer satisfaction and we will always rectify any work that hasn’t been carried out to your complete 100% satisfaction. Because of this our prices are very competitive and you can have peace of mind that we are fully insured for any damage caused by our technicians whilst carrying out any work, however unlikely it is to occur.


We want to be considered for your future business and are grateful for any recommendations. So we have provided our rates detailed below as a guide Prices are subject to change. However, we will make every effort to ensure that they are kept up to date.

Remote Support Rates

We provide secure remote support services, this allows our expert technicians to remotely access your computer to help diagnose and fix problems, configure email accounts, help you with software applications, install printers, and lots more. This a nationally available service.


We charge £55.00 per hour, but most simple tasks are completed within an hour. If we believe it’s going to take over an hour we will let you know so that you can make the decision on where to go from there.







Business Rates

Business Rates are £55.00 per hour. For businesses, outside of our normally covered area, We can support businesses in most areas of Lancashire and Cheshire. Full day bookings are available for service, repair, training or consultancy.
